At Bufay Tiffins, we take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality meals to our customers. Since our food products are prepared and delivered fresh every day, our refund and return policy has certain limitations to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
1. No Return Policy for Food Items
As our food items are perishable and prepared fresh daily, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered or picked up.
We strongly advise customers to check their order and address details carefully before confirming payment.
2. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
The order was not delivered due to an error on our side.
You were charged twice for the same order.
The item delivered was completely incorrect (not as per your order).
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the same payment method used during purchase.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 10–15 minutes of placing them, provided the food preparation has not started.
Once preparation begins or the order is out for delivery, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.
For subscription or tiffin plans, cancellation or modification requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order:
Please take a photo of the item immediately.
Contact us within 1 hour of delivery via phone or email.
Our team will review the issue and, if valid, offer a replacement or partial refund.
5. Non-Refundable Items
We do not provide refunds for:
Delayed delivery caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).
Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.
Incorrect address provided by the customer.
